I bought a painting on your website. What happens next?1. You will receive a confirmation email from goffinetcatia@gmail.com. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it. 2. Your painting will be carefully packed for shipping. This may take up to a week, depending on the size of the painting and whether it will be sent stretched or rolled. 3. The artist will notify you as soon as your piece is dispatched, providing you with the tracking number so you can track it online. 4. Delivery: Please make sure someone is at home to sign for it. If this is impossible, contact the shipping company directly to make alternative arrangements.
-
What personal information will be provided when I make a purchase on your site?To ship your art, we will need your delivery address and contact details such as name, phone, and email. Courier companies require a delivery address that cannot be a P.O. box, as a signature is needed upon delivery. They also require a contact phone number and email address so the courier company can provide you with delivery details.
-
How will my painting be packed?Your painting will be wrapped in acid-free special paper, thermal acrylic blanket, and bubble wrap. The artwork will be placed in a plastic tube and sealed. The packaging is fully protective and safe. If the painting is stretched, it will be shipped in a cardboard or wooden box depending on its size. I always prefer to send the painting rolled in a tube as it significantly reduces shipping costs and makes the entire process easier and safer. Upon receiving artwork that was sent rolled inside a tube, you will be responsible for having it stretched again.
-
How long will it take for my painting to be delivered?Your painting will be packed within 2 business days after payment confirmation, which can take up to 5 business days. It is then handed over to the courier company where delivery time varies depending on the destination area.

What is your return policy? There are two different return policies: 1. Available artworks: Return requests should be submitted within the return period listed below: • Original Art: seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date. Return requests outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted. • Art must be returned in its original packaging (including all certificates received with the order). • If impossible to ship in the original packaging due to any issue, the collector should arrange similar or equivalent packaging. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the artist receives the artwork. All refunds are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD. Artworks that have been stretched, cut, or altered in any way post-purchase will not be accepted for returns. 2. Custom artworks: no refunds will be provided for custom-made artworks. However, you can opt to purchase any of my available works for the same price or maintain your credit for a 6-month period from the approval date of the artwork's return and upon receiving it in proper condition, undamaged.

How much is the shipping fee and who covers it?Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. When the collector sends an email to make a purchase, the artist will inform the shipping fee. For prices above $5000, no shipping fee will be charged provided the artwork is shipped rolled in a tube.
-
When should I expect my art?The artist will send the tracking number and the responsible shipping company by email. For more detailed and updated tracking info, it's recommended to track your package via the specific carrier's website. A signature is required for package receipt, so ensure someone's present for the delivery. If no one can be present, contact the shipping company for alternative arrangements like personal pickup or rescheduling. If you choose for the artwork to be left outside without a signature, it cannot be returned.
-
What are the expected shipping times?Original artworks and limited edition prints generally arrive within eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days from payment confirmation. Depending on the artwork's origin and destination, as well as customs clearance duration for international shipments, from the shipment time, it usually reaches the buyer between seven (7) to ten (10) business days, barring customs clearance delays. Common reasons for delivery delays: Severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen major events can cause delays. Add an extra 4 to 5 business days to your order's estimated delivery date. Also, in some countries, customs clearance might take up to 30 days. Check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information.
